Buffalo(Bison) Meat – Nutritional Information

When you eat buffalo, you are getting the greatest protein value for your dollar.  Buffalo is high in pure, natural protein, 25 to 30% more protein than beef. It doesn’t shrink as much while cooking.  This results in a greater, pound for pound, value than you will find in other meats.
